1. In the case of vehicles that inevitably must be on the road due to the distinct characteristic of its load (inseparable load), operation is permissible after getting permission beforehand

Lopsided Loadings : A vehicle with its load tilted to one side.
Faulty bond condition : A vehicle that operates without a secure fixation of cargo, such as a cover, tie, etc.
Loadbox cleaning poor : Vehicles that are feared to scatter goods due to non-removal of cargo boxes.
Cover not installed : A vehicle without a cover, carrying sand, earth, gravel, etc.
Liquid discharge : Vehicles concerned about discharging liquid substances such as oil, water, and ready-mixed concrete.
Other Load Fall Concerned Vehicles : Other vehicles that are feared to fall off the load (e.g. opening of the loading box).

<Other Load Fall Concerned Vehicles>The driver of all vehicles shall not drive in excess of the safety standards prescribed by the Presidential Decree concerning the number of passengers, the weight of load, and the capacity of load.
However, this shall not apply where permission is obtained from the police chief who has jurisdiction over the place of departure.
Article 14 Paragraph 4 shall apply to vehicles for which permission under the proviso to paragraph 1 is required to obtain permission for operation under the proviso to Article 77 (1) of the Road Act. <Updated 2014.12.30>
The driver of all vehicles shall take necessary measures, such as opening and closing the door correctly, in order to prevent the rider or the rider from falling off while driving. <Amendment 2014.12.30>

The head of the local police agency may, if deemed necessary to prevent danger on the road and ensure traffic safety and smooth communication, restrict the number of passengers, load weight, or load capacity of the driver of the vehicle. <Amendment 2014.12.30>
